The stock price has been ranging from 22-27 for the past 3 years... They spiked at 28 a few weeks ago. When I left I abandoned 1,000 options; they were valued at 36, 42, 46. So I wouldn't have seen my first dime until the stock hit 36.01.

In response to the news item... An inside look. Much of the development for that project occured here in Saint Louis, MO. I worked on some of GIS related projects regarding this rollout. Internally the project is call 'Lightspeed'. The intial stages is massive rollout / utilization of fiber networks...
