Sense turning off Speed Step and C1E did not work in the bios it may be the operating system,Go into your control panel and under Power Options change the Power Plan to high performance and change everything in the plan to "Never"... Just a suggestion,seemed to try everything else....Thats...

Wow 2 80mm intake fans makes a nice difference in your temps...Good job..
Now you just need to get the cables uncluttered and it should improve your temps a little more....Unless you cleaned it up already...

That's a good reason, you have more exhaust pressure than intake pressure. Basically imbalancing the convection system and getting the hot air to pool, so to speak. Add a front intake fan and plug back in your side fan. All should be right in the universe then. +1---You need a front intake fan for ...

I use Chrome about 75% of the time..It's fast but it takes a while to get used to it but I like it...The only real complaint I have about it is the

1) It's my understanding that using a splitter on two fans screws with the header and makes it non-functional. Run one fan on the CPU header and the other fan on a different header. 2) Either mount the radiator on the rear exhaust fan or on a top exhaust port. You will want the hot air being drawn ...

I ran the reference coolers on the XFX 5770'S XXX in crossfire and they ran really cool....Idle around 40c and underload never went past 60c with the fan speed set to 70% I believe...There a little noisy but nothing really annoying that I would not buy them again....When gaming I could not hear them...
