ddr2 is sure on the rise. YOu see more and more review on them. It's good to see that th emarket has moved onto ddr2 and the speed of ddr2 is increasing.

i have never seen e6 but if I would have to guess, the E means the E stepping for the amd64, which is based on the venice core, which runs cooler and have see3 extention, so in short, yeah, it's better.

i am not sure if motherboard montior works iwth laptops but i know it works well with desktop. YOu can also try everest from lavalysis.
