Re: OCZ Technology Offers 4GB DDR3 Modules Operating at 2133MHz

Whoa, I'm surprised to see both high density and high clocks at the same time!!! FINALLY.. after there were rumors that 4GB modules would have become widely available in Q4 2009 which never happened. Well, what are the latencies on this thing? Hopefully not any higher than CAS 9 or it's hardly any b...

Re: Site Milestone Just Happened

Congrats! Keep it up! This is a great site and I've started to advertise it a bit after realizing how awesome Legitreviews is. It still seems so underrated given the awesomeness of it (but it seems to be quickly gaining recognition among the hardware enthusiasts worldwide). :partyman:

Re: WD VelociRaptor 600GB SATA 6Gbps Hard Drive Review

Perhaps this will be the one to replace my aging Raptor X in one of my rigs that is kept primarily for the looks (see-thru window). Everybody keeps on being "wowed" when they see the spindle move and it looks pretty in my tricked-out open case lying flat on its side. Well, Vista x64 SP2 is...

Re: GeForce GTX 480 Gets a BIOS Update and Cooks an Egg

ROFL!!! A funny article!!! It's the first time I've bothered to digg an article in more than a year! :) GeForce GTX 480 Gets a BIOS Update and Cooks an Egg I can't believe this, after all the marketing that companies like Silverstone have done to inform people about positive air flow you still do yo...

Re: Thermalright Venomous X CPU Cooler Review

is there any way to attach one of the noctua 140mm fans to the venomous X? Would be curious to see if that evens out is performances with e nh-D14. Also very interesting to see the big difference the extra pressure makes on temperature. Hmm, I think that a 140mm fan on this 120mm cooler would actua...

Re: Thermaltake SpinQ Six Heatpipe CPU Cooler Review

Hmm, 6 heatpipes are nice.. heck, it might even beat my aging Big Typhoon with custom 2000rpm fan (same as the VX version that has 2000rpm). However, I would prefer the vertical design like the older SpinQ VT one. The SpinQ VT actually only had 3 heatpipes, but if those heatpipes were 8mm thick, the...

Re: Thermaltake SpinQ VT CPU Cooler Review

But why didn't this vertical VT cooler have 6 true heatpipes instead of only 3?? The newer version has 6 heatpipes, but I prefer the vertical one for better looks and straighter heatpipes which are more efficient in themselves (especially in a case lying down flat like mine). At least thicker 8mm he...

Re: G-Spot Mouse Anyone?

So, does the scroll button offer a left scroll and right scroll function for some of that left-right "flicking the bean" action? P.S.-- On my Logitech G7, I assigned the left scroll function to "back" and right scroll to "forward" for internet browsers, and since I use ...

Re: Cooler Master HAF 932 AMD Edition Full Tower Case Review

LOL.. But the case aint that pretty anyways. The interior metal should've been anondized black! Well, at least the Fatal1ty case is much, much more wicked looking, but it's also much more expensive. *sighs* At least it would've been cool if the acrylic windows was actually tinted red like the pictur...

Re: Thermaltake SpinQ VT CPU Cooler Review

This is a beautiful cooler.. it'd probably nicely complement my open case lying down flat. In an open case, the airflow direction wouldnt matter as much, and the heatpipes would be more efficient transferring the heat vertically. Great insight, Dan Stoltz, on the screws potentially coming loose.. I'...
