Nah, it sounds like wouldn't really be much better, there risk of leaks, plus in my case I have the airflow going from front to back of the case so I'd have to redo all my other fans as well.

I still use the P6T Deluxe V2 as the test bench here and it's a solid board... I see no reason to upgrade it unless you have an unlimited budget and want a board with integrated USB 3.0 and SATA III 6Gbps. Well have one of these on the way. Currently I have a CoolerMaster V8 on my old i7. Do you think the fan that comes with the new CPU is about the same? Have thought about trying to do some sort of WC but honestly scares me a bit LOL
