I've always gone to outpost.com. I check their "hottest deals" section bi-weekly. They had a duel-core amd 3800+ with agp/pci-e MoBo for $260 about 2 days ago... I love their deals. As for new-egg, I've no problem with them until they screw me over. Monarch is decent too.
