Re: Video Card Question
The one im looking at is 300, but I dont want to buy it if there isnt much of a difference.
Unless its a noticable difference, I guess my money would be better spent on other items.

Video Card Question
I have had my 7900GS (BFG) for a bit now, and was wanting to SLI that card, when I went to newegg this morning I found they are out out stock and it looks like on the BFG page I am going to have no luck either. So my question is actually 2 parts. 1. Can I mix manufactures in an SLI configuration as ...

Halo 2 PC release
Anyone else a bit bummed about this?
I don't want to upgrade to Vista just yet, but you need it to play Halo 2.
Guess I won't be playing Halo 2 for quite some time...

I'm just going to throw this out there, but if you didn't have the right to carry, would the gunman still have had a gun? (I know we can't know now, and indeed may never know but its something to ponder) Dan Can't answer that question, but will ask one of my own, if the school wasn't a "gun free zo...

I have been playing LOTRO since stage 1 beta, and for the most part I have enjoyed it. The main thing thats drawing me to it however is the ability for founding members (pre order) to purchase a lifetime membership for 200 bucks. I don't see me playing it a bunch, but it would be nice to have someth...

I know what your saying about a CRT, but my old 19" CRT is huge and will kill a small child if dropped. At what point in the refresh rates (I assume lower is better) is there a diminishing return? I have read reviews where a 12ms was great but I see 4 and 2ms refresh rates out there too. I don't nee...

LCD Monitor
Hey guys, I havn't really been following monitors and was wondering if anyone here had a suggestion for me.
I want a LCD monitor for gaming, I would prefer being able to sit at the 1600 x 1200 resolution range but its not a necessity.
What monitors out there are good for gaming?

Don't get me wrong I like graphics just as much as the other guy. So with that maybe Ill explain what my idea of a great game is. For me its replay, if I can play a game multiple times and get enjoyment out of it due to either a very solid story line, or the ability to "adjust" the outcome I can car...

Interesting case, we had a bunch of them here at work that were damaged (we process RMAs for Dell). That opening on the front can cut the hell out of you if your not careful. oh that's a safe design... hey bubba go see if you can cut your hand on your case so we can write an article about it. I was...
