The only downside of the TT BT is that some people have had difficulties in mounting the thing. Aside from that, I'd recommend the CNPS 9500. (or just go for water cooling )

Assuming that the skins aren't a GCF, just backup your cfg files and delete the source folder. Steam will recreate the files for you when you restart it (and since the the actual game is basically in the gcf files, you won't have much to download).

The 1.1ns ram is very nice...should provide for some good OCs. Same with that cooler...it's the same one that Nvidia uses on the quadro line.
