The second one looks the same except for a white connector which is in front of (i think the graphics slot), but my white connector is in between the PCI slots and the graphics slot. My board has four SATA connectors and blue EIDE connector. Hope this can put more clarification on the matter. Zagreus

I think the board is a Denver 10 and this is what it says about the ram.

System Memory
• 2x 240-pin DDR2 SDRAM DIMM slots
• DDR2 533 / DDR2 677 / DDR2 800 DIMMs
• Supports up to 8 GB system memory RAM
• Single channel support

it looks like it should work since it supports a 1066MHz FSB can you find an actual model number for your motherboard?
