Here's the NATIONAL BRIDGE INVENTORY database for 2006.
http://nationalbridges.com/
you can check the condition of any bridge.
deficient or obsolete doesn't nessesarily mean dangerous, but there are plenty of scary ones out there

That'll buff right out!
The damage is amazingly light for what he describes.
The insurance thing sucks (if they declare it totaled, at best you'll get the current book value, usually not enough to replace a limited edition car) but he should just be happy to walk away in one piece.

Re: Help with Epoxy Resin

With epoxies, exact measuring, and through mixing are VERY important.
have everything ready to go, mask off anything you don't want epoxied (the stuff is sticky and easily gets everywhere  ) plenty of fresh air is a good idea.
dust masks, eye protection for sanding is a must.

Somehow, something has messed up the LBA48 (large block addressing) on your system. If you reinstalled XP, including SP2 the OS should be able to handle it. and you turned on LBA in the BIOS, then it should work. If not, Atola Technology has a free tool for fixing the drive (but like a format you ma...

Re: What SATA Cable End Would You Rather Own?

I'm saying angled would be nice, straight replacements are available EVERYWHERE if angle doesn't if your space. On the other hand straight should work in any case and you could order replacements if needed. It would seem like there is/would be a great demand for a well designed flexible/ snapon adap...
