I have seen a tool that is able to resize the HDD on the firmware level, but I am not sure which one it was. If you are not sure is hardware or OS problem
Download a Live Linux distro and check if both work there you only have OS problem.

CPU monitor application

Hi
i am in need of application that can log CPU load over time.
But i need to be able to do it in 200ms-500ms interval.
Windows built in logger can go down to a min of 1 sec only.

Any idea?

I am runing Windows XP SP2.

I have tried [email protected] Partition Recovery http://www.partition-recovery.com/ but with no luck . my problem is not inside windows it is that Drive is now identified as 137Gb instead of 200GB IT IS identified like that in the BIOS.
