I have already been eagerly awaiting some Halo 3 goodness May 16/07 cannot come fast enough ;) I suck at FPS's with a controller, but damn this game is still fun.

No doubt that these will cost a nice chunk of change... :( esp. since Sony is involved... Their Memory Stick line is way overpriced. That being said, I wonder if this new (no doubt propriartary) card will replace the Memory Stick line, and force everyone who uses Sony products from now on to purhcas...

Sorry, but that ticking sound is a sign of any HD's last gasp. When you hear that sad sound, it would be best to get any essential data off of that HD ASAP!

In one respect, I hope that Sony waits it out, because I think in the long run, the PS3 will do just fine. If Sony can just wait out "the storm" and not hit the panic button (IE: price drop), they should be fine. The PS3 is still selling. It's just not selling as much or as quickly as Sony...

Out of curiousity, were you using the newest versio of AnyDVD? Since you are out of practice, they are constantly releasing new versions of AnyDVD as new copy protections are being created...

More power to you... I just hope that you (or any current PS3 owner) isn't too pissed off if/when Sony decides to drop the price of the PS3 so soon after launch...
