Corsair PC2 8500 DDR1066 with Intel BadAxe2 mobo Help!
Hi all,
Can someone share with me what the highest overclock they have achieved with this memory?
I can't get it past DDR888 (4x222Mhz) @ 4-4-4-12 2.0V.
I think the problem I'm having is with the BIOS settings (I have ver. 2507 - latest)

Kaspersky with 975XBX2?
So I realized that my retail 975XBX2 board comes with the Kaspersky AV software. Anyone know if this is better than AVG or Avast?

So here is what the memory settings look like in my BIOS http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/8fae00e0ee.jpg What's confusing is that there's a reference frequency and a memory frequency. I don't know the difference between the two. This is the reference frequency and it's options. http://img2.f...

try changing the memory speed -- increase it from 667 to 800 in the BIOS... By doing this it will change the memory divider and give you a higher frequency on your memory. Here is a picture I took of it at 667... http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/395/badaxe2_3.jpg We have different BIOS's ...

Does anyone have this combination? I bought the card and am thinking about buying the heatsink. My card is super loud and need to quiet it down. For those who have this sink - is it really quiet? Is it a quality product? Is it worth it? Newegg has it for $17 bucks http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...
