Re: Recommendation for Camera under $120

Well, I had to make a decision, so I decided on the canon powershot A1100. Has some good reviews so here's hoping it will last quite a few years.

Recommendation for Camera under $120

To all you photographer gurus out there, any recommendations? I must admit I am ill-informed when it comes to the current crop of digital cameras. I was looking at these two: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16830144198 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16...

Re: My Rant on Motor Oil and Filters...

Strange... Everyone I know that has one uses a little bit of oil between changes. Heck, even my owners manual states that the engine uses a little bit of oil. :-k Do you drive a Ford then? Every Ford I've owned did that. Nope, dodge stratus and also my bro's mitsibushi eclipse. My ford explorer doe...

Re: My Rant on Motor Oil and Filters...

For me it's just the opposite. I wish the oil I get (Pennzoil synthetic) came with 5.5 qts. I use it in my car (2006 stratus) which takes 5 qts exactly. All fine and dandy, but like any 4 cylinder, uses about 1/2 qt of oil for every 5,000 miles(when I usually change it.) ](*,) Therefore, I have to b...

Must be like the father! :)

My daughter will hardly ever cry about anything unless she's pitied (such as the famous "my poor baby" from grandma which brings on the tears! ) She's a tough little booger.

I loved the A-team as a child (ok, ok, I still do! ) I think they should just leave a legacy go instead of ruining it. :(

I've used Sapphire for ATI back when I used ATI. In fact, I still have a sapphire 9000pro 64mb that still runs to this day with daily usage!

Re: Why disable Speedstep? Changing multipliers only reason?

Speedstep just lowers the voltages and clocks of your computer. If you are overclocking then it is worthless to enable it. It is basically negating the overclock that you just set. Not quite, when I am playing a game/using cpu intensive program, I got full speed. And when I go cut the grass, etc. m...

I second this. This will be sufficient for what you need. No use going with overkill.
