Re: Primary Graphics Card Problem

Have you tried unplugging the first card, in case the second one is somewhat broken?

Re: Supreme FX 2

Ahah, that's fine. I realised a couple of days ago that AMD CPU heatsinks just use standard case fans on top of the heatsinks, my PII 940 has a 70mm and my Athlon has an 80mm. Kinda interesting, I thought, some possibility for some uber stock heatsinks there.

 *Facepalm* you can see I didn't do any research on this one. Being an All-in-One sorta screws up what I said, but as long as you can open it up, it should still be applicable.

Re: AZZA Helios 910R ATX Mid Tower Case Review

Looks like a pretty good case to me. I wish I had those cable routing bungs on my M9, but I prefer the Thermaltake Tool-less design, especially the ODD mounting system. I do like the concept that you can have the PSU blowing the hot air OUT of the case though.

Re: Memory Not Running at Correct Speed

I have set it to 1066MHz, but it's still saying 400, well actually 440, because I increased the HT to 220.

Memory Not Running at Correct Speed

Ok. So I've had this problem for a while. My motherboard (DFI LANParty DK-790FX-M2RS) Is supposed to support DDR2 1066MHz. Also, my CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 940) is supposed to support DDR2 1066MHz. ALSO, my RAM (Patriot Viper 1066MHz DDR2) is supposed to support 1066MHz. BUT my computer shows it as 40...

Good on you! I still feel my points are a bit low, considering I'm folding on my laptop, desktop AND PS3. I mean my last PS3 WU was 56 Points, and took me a whole day to complete. What. The. Heck.

Re: Unigine 'Heaven' - The First DirectX 11 Benchmark

 <embarrassed> I also realised why my PC wasn't updating. It was because the date was still set as 2009, and Internet time was inaccessible. I was like 'What!? Date/Time is wrong? What are you on! It's flipping 11PM on my Laptop, it's flipping 11PM on my desktop! It's ruddy 11PM!' Ah well. :oo...

I think it's pretty stupid to need a special case for your graphics card. Although I think they might need too, I'm sweating with my graphics sometimes hitting 80 Degrees C!

Re: AMD Athlon(TM) II 235e dual-core processor

Sounds like a great laptop! Almost a gaming machine, except for the graphics. The Athlon II is fairly new and at 2.7GHz Dual Core, it will be able to handle pretty much anything non-gaming. You should be able to upgrade the RAM, although you might have to use 4GB DIMMs, which are EXPENSIVE, especial...

Oh, please don't remind me about England. I went and lived there for about a year and a half, having lived in Australia/New Zealand for the previous portion of my life. Of course, having not really known the local lingo, I still called flip-flops thongs and shorts, pants. Oh how I got laughed at at ...

Can still see plenty of latency between the laptop and TV, but if wireless keeps on increasing in speed, I can really see this taking off! All they need now is a TV with the receiver (Or ethernet connection) built-in!
