Works flawlessly on my PCs and Macs (even though the reviewer stated a different experience). The dongle also worked just fine with an old analog headset I had laying around. My favorite right now is the Plantronics DSP-500. Over the head, VERY comfortable, excellent sound and mic quality. Can get good deals on them since they have been replaced with the DSP-550 (I believe). Less than $70 for an excellent set.
