Re: Logitech G19 longevity?
Sounds like you already have your mind made up. Pick it up and keep the rest of us informed how it holds up. Nope, mind's not made up at all. The G15's been eliminated from the list but the G19, G110 and StarCraft ZBoard are still on the short-list. New recommendations will also be considered. Chec...

Re: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 768MB and 1GB Video Card Reviews
I honestly haven't read another other reviews, so I'm not sure how good this was. I did update to 258.96 drivers for the overclocking tests just to be using the latest drivers. The card hard locks on me when a 3D application starts above 872MHz... It's like I'm hitting a voltage wall or something. ...

Re: Logitech G19 longevity?
What is the main reason for the purchase, the LCD screen? If you're worried about it pick up a G15 and see if you like it. Cheaper board without the fancy color LCD screen. Macro keys (9 minimum) and LCD (for hardware monitoring). The G15 has the LCD but only 6 macro keys. The G110 has 12 macro key...

Logitech G19 longevity?
Starting to play StarCraft again and will be getting StarCraft II at launch. Right now, my keyboard feels in need of replacement. The Logitech G19 looks perfect and seems to be pretty comfortable when I tried it at the local Best Buy. My question is how durable is it? If I'm going to be spending $15...

Re: SteelSeries Announces NEW StarCraft II Gaming Gear
I wish on the Zboard they would put the specialty key pad on the left not the right. I assume pretty much every gamer is used to having their hand on the left; and having to slide the keyboard across the desk will get tiresome. +1. I guess for left-handed people, having the macro keys on the right ...

Nice review! Got me convinced to get the 1GB model. Ready to pull the trigger, unfortunately, there's a serious lack of GTX 460 1GB cards. *sigh*

Re: Calling all/any Mac experts!
My buddy just bought a brand new Core i7 Macbook Pro, and as I've been his "computer guy" for a while I bought his older MBP 4.1 (Penryn) for a very reasonable price! Me being me, I decided I'd wipe his hard drive clean and install Ubuntu 10.04. I've played around with Ubuntu for a while ...

Re: MY ECS A780-GM A Black Series
No idea what you're talking about. As far as I'm aware, there's only the PCI Express version of HD5670 which you can get with either 512MB or 1GB GDDR5 (plus minor overclocked variations). I have absolutely no idea what PCS stands for. It's probably just a weird naming convention of the vendor.

Re: MY ECS A780-GM A Black Series
The HD 5670 is pretty decent for a budget card. I wouldn't recommend the HD 5550. It wasn't really meant to be a gaming card. It's targeted more for HTPC purposes.

Re: iPhone 4 Begins to Ship - 6/23 Delivery?
Nope, they're gonna hold actual delivery until 6/24. That's what they did with my iPhone 3GS. It was already at the local FedEx hub 2 days before release date and they held the item until official release date.

Re: MY ECS A780-GM A Black Series
For gaming? What's your budget, what resolution do you want to game in and at what quality? If you don't need it for gaming, then the onboard video on your motherboard is already pretty decent.

Okay, so I was just browsing the NVIDIA's website when I came across the following Chinese game: Star Tales  I was laughing my ass off when I watched the video. I actually have a similar video of my cute little god daughter dancing to the same song (she lurves it!). I'm still scratching my he...
