The Nintendo Wii WILL do very, very well this year. It's lower price point and innovative control scheme is just too much to pass up for many gamers... I know that I will be there on launch to try one out ;)

I haven't really been watching for it, but I am surprised that no one has offered a pre-order for PS3 as of yet... You would think that Sony would want to gauge interest, and the number of pre-orders could be a viable estimation of the interest in the PS3...

If you're patient enough... you could wait until Madden '08 is released and pick up the '07 edition for dirt cheap such is the way of EA...
