Re: Crysis beta open to all!
I'm getting 30-40 FPS outside with my X2 @ 2.8, 1gb of memory (other's fried), and a BFG 7950 GX2 @ 600/1600. I was told the current beta doesn't support SLI, so that could be my problem.

Re: Crysis Multiplayer Beta
That's just it, one of them is running a QX6850 @ 3.4Ghz with dual 8800 GTX's in SLI. So I'd really hate to see how this would run on my 7 series card.

Re: Crysis Multiplayer Beta
I didn't sign, or agree to anything Everything I posted is what I've been given by friends. And also, I think the beta uses DX9.

Re: Crysis Multiplayer Beta
A couple friends of mine have it, all say it's nowhere near as good as it's supposed to be. Low FPS, and really buggy, but isn't that what beta's are all about. Below is a screenshot which one of my friend's sent me (remove this if I'm violating any rules). http://img509.imageshack.us/img509/8127/cr...

Re: UPS, do you use one
I used to run on a $3 dollar 'power strip', until one day, my motherboard no longer worked after a lightning storm. Since the motherboard was no longer covered by it's warranty, I purchased a brand new one with a better chipset. This cost me $200 and before the week was over, it too, was fried. So I...

The 6400+ features an unlocked multiplier, so I'm guessing overclocking this processor is going to be pretty interesting

AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ - Your thoughts
I've been waiting for this processor awhile now, but I'm surprised to see the lack of hype surrounding it. True AMD fans have been waiting for something like this for quite some time now, so you'd think many would consider this a Godsend. But then again, few know this processor even exists. Anyway.....
