Comodo is suppose to be one of the best free firewalls you can find. ZoneAlarm falls a bit behind. It isn't too ressource hog: about 20 mb.
It doesn't seem to lag my games either. You should definitely try it out.

Somehow that doesn't look safe without some fan grills.

The panel itself is pretty sturdy; you're not going to transport this open (I'd hope) so the likelihood that it gets ripped off in transit is nil. The outer case looks and sounds flimsy sliding around on my desk, its mostly hollow. Once installed into a case drive cage it's just fine. Good to hear :)

Hm dl'ed it and installed it no sweat on a Windows XP 32bit.
Gameplay is pretty good. Overall I would say that's it's like UK2K4 with a face lift. There are two maps included in the demo.
