Kinda, sorta, maybe. Some games save the game in the install directory, if that is the case it will look for the files inside the install directory. Other games save it elsewhere like the documents directory, if that's the case it should look for it there regardless of what drive it's installed on. ...

Looks like a solid build. The only thing I would certainly change is the primary HDD. Pick yourself up a good 120, or 240Gb SSD for the primary and skip the raid array. It will be quite a bit faster than the RAID array. Personally I will never go back to using a HDD as a primary drive.

I would go with USB 3.0 over eSATA. One of the main reasons is eSATA is fading away, I don't see it on all of the boards coming across the bench.
