I liked this movie but apparently it's being thought of as the worst ST movie ever. After watching this, I can see where they are coming from...but I still like it.
This is pretty funny - especially for ST fans.

Re: Google Nexus 7 Second Generation 2013 Tablet Review
Note that I said "overly complex" as in more than it needs to be, not "too complex" as in I can't figure it out. IMO it's a tablet and something I want to pick up and use without fuss. Having the ability (and needing to in some case) to have access to every conceivable setting is...

Re: Google Nexus 7 Second Generation 2013 Tablet Review
I bought the first Nexus 7 simply to play around with to check out the Android OS. I liked the device itself but I don't really care for the Android OS. I guess maybe I'm too used to iOS but it seemed overly complex to me and some apps are only compatible with certain devices or versions of the OS. ...

Re: AT&T CUSTOMERS CAN GET A NEW SMARTPHONE OR TABLET EVERY
At least some people are catching on. Unfortunately, a lot of people have no brains to speak of and will think it's an awesome deal. ](*,) Probably the same people who use the payday load places. http://www.macrumors.com/2013/07/18/comparing-the-new-frequent-device-upgrade-programs-from-u-s-carriers...

Re: AT&T CUSTOMERS CAN GET A NEW SMARTPHONE OR TABLET EVERY
They make it sound like they are giving you something or making it a good deal. The reality is, you are paying for the hardware through increased monthly payments and then they get your phone which they can recondition and sell so you miss out on the resale value. So, you're no better off than if yo...

Re: Corsair Neutron GTX 240GB SSD RAID 0 Performance
Boot performance, maybe a second or two savings at most. Based on all the boot tests I've done, I think there are other bottlenecks besides the drive(s). Most app load times will be imperceptible as well except for things like Photoshop with a ton of add-ons, game level loading, etc. but even then i...

Re: Corsair Neutron GTX 240GB SSD RAID 0 Performance
IMO overkill for general Windows usage given the extra expense and doubling of drive failure.

Re: Corsair Neutron GTX 240GB SSD RAID 0 Performance
TRIM does work but AFAIK you need to be running Intel RST 11.0 or newer and have a 7 or 8 series chipset motherboard.

Looks cool...the ones we used at CES were neat but didn't offer the best quality images/video. I wonder how these compare.

Re: Seagate 500GB SSHD Thin Hybrid Drive Review
The situation where they make the most sense is on a laptop that's limited to 1 drive and the user needs 500GB+ of space because of all their media files, apps, etc. Very few can afford to shell out for a 480GB SSD. As I mention in the article, if they bump the spindle speed and up the NAND on board...
