Not really. Nv will cut prices on the 88XX cards which the R600 was to compete with and just roll out the 89XX cards to keep their higher end prices up. The R650 is a ways off, and NV is a full move ahead at this time.

Thats your cpu cooler. I use the same voltage and my Idle is 39 and load is up to 55C depending on room temp.
