Here is my best OC so far. I can browse the web, but I can't run any benchmarks at that speed. It does run good at 3.6 though.

I lowered the voltage and the idle temps dropped to 42c which is what it was running before running it up to 3.6. 55c is absolute max after playing fear for 45 minutes. Seems to be totally stable with these settings. I'm running the Cooler Master Hyper48, but I have nothing to compare it to because ...

3.2E Prescott temp help

P4 3.2E @ 3.6 (225x16) idle 46c. Load 55c.
1gb (2x512) Corsair pc-3200xl pro @ 225 @ 2.5 3 3 7 (I can't get it over 212 @ 2 2 2 5)
x800xl @ 456/564

I know the Prescott runs hotter than the Northwood that I was using before. I just need to know what is too hot.

Thanks,
Chris

I have been messing with it all night. Right now I have the card running at 456/564 with no issues at all. Bumped the cpu up to 3.6 as well. Upgraded the cooling on the cpu. System seems totally stable. I'll have to play around with it more tomorrow.

Wow!-The Arctic Cooler is amazing. Full load does not go over 55c when clocked to 441/552. Idle stays around 39c overclocked and about 34c stock. It was so easy to install as well (only took me about 20 minutes). This cooler is amazing.

Do you have anything OC'ed? Go back to stock settings if so. Maybe that will help.

Sweet. <--2002 FZ1 (if you couldn't tell by the screen name) :) Nice bike the FZ1. My wife bought me the Repsol Edition CBR for my birthday last year. It's unbelievably fun to ride. I haven't done any track days on it yet, but I plan on a few this year. Looking to get the full Ohlins setup before I...

Cool, I'll order it today. The intake fan blows right over the...

I have been looking at an upgraded air cooler (ARCTIC COOLING AVC-AT5 Rev. 2 72mm Ceramic High Performance VGA Cooler for ATi) from newegg for $37.00. It looks like it should do the trick. Any comments on it? I also need to clean up the wiring in the case. I'm pretty sure the airflow is pretty poor ...
