POST Code help needed

I just had my Abit IP35 Pro board RMAed. Worse service I have ever experienced. Abit we all knew and loved is gone. Anyways, I received the board back

I cleared the CMOS with the jumper.

I have a Post Code of 01 when the machin is off. 01 description is:

Expand the Xgroup codes locating in Physical Address 1000:0

Huh?

When I boot it, the POST stops at the code of 05. This description is:

1. Blank out screen
2. Clear CMOS Error Flag

I am lost. Any help would be appreciated in how to get my machine back up and running.
