look all over bios window but dont see anywhere on where to raise the voltage.

If you can't do it in the BIOS, then it's highly unlikely you can do it safely in Windows. Nvidia's nTune program might help but there's no guarantee it will do anything at all, or if it's compatible with your PC. You're using a proprietary computer with most likely a custom, locked BIOS. The whole idea on Acer's side is to get you to upgrade through them at every turn, so it's not beneficial to them to give you full reign in the BIOS.
