ASUS VE247H ?

This old guy needs visibility selecting a monitor .. My Current #1 monitor is SyncMaster 2693HM . My #2 ( Soon to be replaced ) monitor is Sony HS95P ..The VE247H is my EST. 1st selection ..( consumerreports doesn't follow ASUS) .. Target price is under $200.00 w/ screen size 23", 23.6" or 24 "( after promos, discounts & shipping )... BX2450 was on my list until I remembered Samsung lack of respect & responsibility to early adaptors .. Help .

I recently got my hands on the ASUS VG236 for watching 3D Blu-rays and I love it. I also use the ASUS VH242H on the test bench and haven't had any issues with it either. No dead pixels and both have been solid with 3 months of use on the VG236 and nearly a year on the VH242H.

Your comments as an administrator are very respected .. This old guy is placing VE247H on top of my buy list . If you've something to add , please reply .
