is the difference noticeable? I currently have a 2ms LG, and am looking at getting an Acer which is 5ms, Think I'll notice the response time difference?
I'm mainly looking at that acer because it is within budget and even can act as a TV

Re: 2ms vs 5ms Monitors
You really won't notice too much of a difference if at all. If you're really looking for the difference you *might* see one.
I saw a very very small difference between my current screen and my old Dell 2005WFP. Not sure if it was an age thing or not(or the size difference
) though. I saw the difference with gaming but with movies and such you really wont notice.

Re: 2ms vs 5ms Monitors
well i've narrowed it to either this ASUS 23" 2ms 75Hz or the Acer 23" 5ms 60Hz w/TV & composite
but i'll have to decide & buy tomorrow because the asus is $159 at newegg today only
I do game plenty(Hot pursuit 3, black ops maybe, TF2, L4D2, Killingfloor), Overclocked GTX 460 1GB
so is the 60Hz and 5ms that much worse for gaming than 75Hz and 2ms would be?

Re: 2ms vs 5ms Monitors
I played vids on a 5ms for many years until my last monitor was a 2ms. I didnt notice any difference. I did go from a 5ms 22" monitor to a 2ms 25" monitor - so I am not sure if size impacts that at all.
