It's a nice website that has a bunch of logins and passwords for many online websites. This is useful for those who want to download a file from some place without having to sign up for a bunch of spam or waiting for a week to get approved as a member.

I can certainly understand the usefulness of that site for like you said: "This is useful for those who want to download a file from some place without having to sign up for a bunch of spam..."
The site I moderate is not one of those type of sites. I banned the account that was listed for the site I moderate. The number of accounts accessing our sites can make a difference for advertising which helps to pay for keeping the site alive.
