Have you taken a look at what OCZ has? Their platinum edition is pretty good. nice overclocker, I put mine from 800 mhz, 4-5-4-15 to 900mhz, 4-4-4-13. and they have a warrentee for their RAM, up to 2.2 volts.
I have tried them at upto 2.4 volts, and they remain cool to the touch
Or You can get some of their SLI ready RAM, they have special profiles that the motherboard can enable, essentially instanct overclock. I know this feature works on 680i mobos, but I am unsure of the 650's.
Have you taken a look at the 680i mobos? they are much better than the 650's. If they are only slightly more expensive, then I highly recommend them. Though they are a bit pricy
