Best Computer Camera Software?

Hi I want to start recording games that I play and put the clips onto my site, but I am having trouble finding a decent screen camera.... most of the ones I try have an annoying bit at the top or bottom saying thename of the software im recording with which ruins the clip, if it's not that then the quality ispoor or juttery when viewed. Has anyne got a decent FREE screen recorder that they could recommend ? Thanks

FRAPS is an awesome program for recording your games as you play. Its not free but you can get the demo and play with that.

if you need to be really ghetto you can run the video out on your video card to a camcorder or VCR and then transfer the recording back onto the PC using a capture card or your vid card if it has VIVO functionality. Or if its a nice camcorder it should output to firewire. Only way id not recommend FRAPS though is if you have this stuff and are entirely against spending any money lol.
