found a guide on the links 'o plenty sticky, (cluboverclocker.com) and i started reading it, but i'm not sure if i'm such a newbie as to mis-understand the section on memory or if by talking about DDR that they refer to DDR2 as well... i'm just trying to get a handle for the concept of overclocking...
if someone who is a medium-to-high level OCer could check out this link and let me know if, in fact, i AM just an idiot or if the guide is somewhat outdated.... iono...

i'll have another rig here in a little while, just got a ASUS A7V333 mobo and i'm looking for an ATHLON XP 3200 cpu to buy somewhere... you get the idea. a nice little experimental PC to try to learn to OC on. i wont want to void a warranty on the sig rig without a LOT of practice on a lesser machine, you know?
