hi, well i was wondering how do i set up a gif, as aworking animated desktop
background? i know it possible ive done it before but now i cant seem to get it to work. so if any one knows how to do this please let me know. thanks

maybe there is some file requirement to set it directly.
try active desktop? display properties, desktop tab, customize desktop button, web tab, click new then browse to local gif or paste web addy

If you can view an animated GIF in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, then all you need to do is to set the animated GIF image as the Desktop Background.
