which temperature should I believe?
coretemp is showing two temperature readings for my Athlon x2 which is normal I guess since I have two cores but they are both very different, not only that but speed fan agrees with one of them but not the other. My question is which one should I believe? here is a screen shot, im using an CoolIT Eliminator.

Whatever one that is "ABOVE" your room temp is the one to trust........;) That is unless you're running Phase or chilled water cooling. With air cooling, it's impossible to have a temp lower than room temp, regardless of the air cooler that you're using.............
I missed the part where you're using the Cool-it.......;) Sorry about that.
Chech your system bios and see what it says your temp is.
