I picked up a 42" LCD HDTV not too long ago, and I am using it as my primary monitor for my PC. Now, I still want to use my notebooks display, but only as a secondary display, allowing me to view different content while playing games and whatnot. I was going to do the cloned monitor route, but I thought it would be more convenient to have control of the second monitor while waiting around in-game.
Anyway, the question is, is there a way to scroll over to the second monitor while playing games, such as WoW or CS:S? I know you can do it in Windows based programs such as using WMP11 full screened.
If there is a program where I have to press a key or a couple keys to do that, I'd be cool with it.
Thanks!

Personally, I thought once you get into a game you cannot scroll between the two monitors. You can go between monitors when WMP is fullscreen because it doesn't have to refresh your monitor to open. (mine makes a click sound every time I start up a game).
I hope you have a really good computer if you plan on multitasking with a game running. They really suck up processor speed and adding another monitor makes it even worse.

eh, I dunno. It's not a huge deal I guess, but I was just wondering.
My system is pretty nice. It's a year old Inspiron E1705 notebook.
2.0GHz Core Duo (May upgrade to a Core 2 Duo in the near future)
2GB DDR2 566MHz?? RAM
7800 Go
100GB HDD
etc.
