Hello,
I need a little help.
I have a 7900GS video card, and my monitor plugs into that now. However, it's too noisy, so I'll be changing it soon for a fanless card. For now, I would like to remove this card from the system, and revert back to the onboard display, i.e. the display adapter on my motherboard.
I have removed the card, and plugged my monitor into the display port of my motherboard (ASUS P5-RD2VM). But nothing is showing up, not even the booting bios screen.
>> The person who had installed the card had disabled the oboard graphics (Ati radeon chipset) for using the card.
Can someone please provide step by step instructions to enable it back? Thanks a ton!

Re: Uninstalling 7900GS
Install the 7900 again, attach the monitor to it and boot into the bios. You should see an option for the onboard gfx, set it to enable.
Then save and reboot. Then power off the system, remove the 7900 and attach the monitor to the onboard gfx.

Also be sure to remove the old NVIDIA drivers before entering the BIOS and changing back to the onboard graphics.
