Not as of yet but I'm very curious to see how it folds! I'm trying to get my hands on Yorkfield to see how it compares to Kentsfield on a PPD basis.

Phenom really? Post some stuff with some folding numbers. It'll help out the community

As for Kents vs York. I'd imagine very little PPD increase maybe 100-200ppd

OK, i guess no one is folding on one, how about the Intel Quad? Who is folding on that? It was mentioned to me that the SMP does not fully utilize the cores on a quad, anyone have any info for me? running $M updates now, folding on it one way or another before the day is out.....

PPD is about 3000ppd on Intel Quad. Your right about SMP. Best way is two linux Vmware SMPs. If you want to do that, check out my guide, PM me or IM for help if you need it. From what I am reading, Linux VMware is supposedly faster. I'm going to do a little post write up, and test the results. One week SMP Linux VMWare, One week SMP Windows (already finished, just have to finish this last WU), and one week Native Linux SMP.

So far i havent run any tests or software on it, i wanted to wait for the 3850 card and install that. From what i have read though it isnt going to be a wow moment when i get around to that. I planned on installing FAH and letting it go through the weekend, although i dont want to mess with vmware/linux right now. So likely i'll let SMP have a go or 4 instances of the v6 beta. Ran passmark on the other one with a 8600 card and it looked good, beat out the C2D6600 no problem but didnt check it against the Quad.

from what I have read its an improvement over the duals (obviously), maybe 10min or so a frame for SMP
