I never buy anything with rebates unless the price is very good deal before rebates, because I know that you cannot always count on getting the rebate back. I usually do not buy products with rebates especially just because of the rebate. Why offer the rebate or why not just make it an instant rebate at time of purchase, you pay the price minus rebate up front?

Antec is notorious at least to me and everyone else i know for shipping out rebates SLOWLY, I actually forgot about one on my P182 case. One day I just received an email saying my rebate was shipped...took about 6 or 7 months but i ended up getting it. it was kind of a nice surprise.
