Can't get access/delete restored files/folders

Hello!
I got a little problem when I was taking backup of my hard drive before I sent it to service! When I got my laptop (XPS Gen 2) back, everything was ok until I tried restoring my backup. When the restoring of the backup was completed, I couldn’t get access or open some of the files and folders!! Fortunately these folders weren’t very important, but the real problem is that I either can delete them!! So they basically just lay there and taking hard drive space! Do you guys know about a program or some way I access them and delete them from my laptop? (btw: I used Nero 7 Premium to backup)
