Best Bang For Your Buck PSU?

I've been looking at the reviews of some PSUs and they are all great but this leaves me with the question.
What PSU should I get? I need something that will be able to handle (let's say, dual 8800 GT Ultra or Cross Fire) but nothing like Quad SLI or anything like that.
Maybe something efficient, in terms of being on the electricity bill...
It needs to fit my Gateway GT5014 until I get my new case and mobo, so it's got to be a standardish ATX size one as this case is picky for some reason...but I had an Antec TruePower 430w and I know now that probbaly wasnt enough (pent d 2.8ghz, 2gb ram, 7800gt, Xfi Plat, ATI TV Tuner, all USB filled)...after seeing the perofmrance in game without a good psu, I know it probbaly hurt me somewhat even with the 430w.

Corsair 520W It'll handle all that fine. Its not just the wattage you have to look it, its the Amps on the 12V rail

Whatever you do, DO NOT CHEAP OUT and buy a no-name PSU... The PSU is one component that most people seem to take for granted and purchase a whatever PSU, which would be a huge mistake... a bad PSU could potentially cause much damage to any of your other components that would draw power from said PSU...
Like dicecca112 said, it's not the overall wattage of the PSU that matters, but rather the amps on the 12V rails ;)

Spire are also known for their high-quality PSUs and they're not "that" expensive.
If you can afford it, buy a PC Power & Cooling one, but actually any OCZ, Mushkin, Enermax, Antec, Spire, Ultra, FSP (sorry if I forgot to mention some of the well-known brands

) Dual-Rail PSU above 550W/600W will be just fine!
Just do yourself a favor, and like already said, DON'T buy a no-name cheap PSU or you'll regret it.
GOOD LUCK with your purchase...

The Corsair 520W would handle that? I never knew.
Thanks for your suggestion, it will greatly help me to recommending a system for my friend
