I could be wrong (as I have never been to a 3rd world country) but I have to think that a computer is fairly lower on the 'ol "must have" list.
Also to look at this kid he doesn't look like what I have seen portrayed as someone from a 3rd world county, he's got some meat on his bones.

maybe he's Russian, ive never seen a Russian smile in a photograph.
