Could someone give me any suggestions on a good, socket AM2, ATX motherboard that's under $130?(integrated graphics card or sound cards are fine)

The ASUS and DFI boards that I like for AM2 are over your budget, but the EVGA and FOXCONN version of the same NVIDIA 590 SLI chipset have some crazy rebates on them right now...

EVGA 122-M2-NF59-TR Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 - $99 after a $30 rebate

Foxconn C51XEM2AA- 8EKRS2H Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI - $84.99 after $50 rebate

It is a good one, it used solid state caps liked the BIOSTAR above instead of conventional electrolytics liked the EVGA or FOXCONN mentioned above.

Solid state caps are much more stable than electrolytics.
