That is my choice because my MSI board will not post after the Power Supplu Popped.. It was still under Warrenty so it is now Fixed. but I have to kiss the pretty usless MB goodbye. I was so worried that I would have to throw my ATi X800 Pro away or something I feel like I just bought it for $500. Hard to come by money.
I will upgrade my Cpu to a Intel core 2 Duo. I could run all my games maxed out with no lag and I am hoping this will be as good or better. Even My Memory was $125 each. for 512 mhz. =1024 mhz ,Glad I can still use it also and add another Gig for less money...

yeah the ATI 1800 is starting to look dated a bit, but no worries as no really great DX10 games are out yet... later this year that won't be the case ;) If I were you i'd wait to upgrade as new ATI and NVIDIA graphics cards are coming out Q4 of this year.

Up date ! the X800 pro was popped also when I plugged it in my new ASrock Dual Sata Motherboard . it would direct short and all fans would come to a Halt.. I bought a MSI NVidia 8600 GT SLI thinking into the future Well it worked perfect and Everything worked great.. Played doom 3 and Quake 4 until the shooting got hectic . Well the PCI-E Slot is only 4X . So I pulled the board and installed a MSI P6N Nvidia SLI Platinum and a 6420 Intel CPU.. The system shows up as a 5.1 on Vista... the Cpu is a 5.1 and the Raid Setup shows as a 5.1 the Graphics Card is a 5.9 3Gig of memory is 5.6 I was trying to run Dual Boot with a PATA Drive using XP But something caused them after to many upgrades to be unable to Boot.. I think it was when I upgraded the IDE Controllers from the NEt.. so now I am just running the Raid 0 .. I copied the raid 0 from the Via setup by mirroring the Disc and it still works great .. when I installed Vista on it after the Crash I did not touch the F6 or any type of raid setup and it was there for me.. waiting for my other 8600 GT to see how it performs.. I need to change my Sig Soon... I will Add a SATA2 500 Gig Hard Drive 300Mps which I feel will out perform my Raid setup.
