Youtube video capturing

There have been some really good YouTube video's I've seen in the past, but are no longer on YouTube for one reason or another. Either they got taken down or the user removed them.
Some of these were done really good.
One such YouTube video was that of a Plymouth SuperBird doing an awesome burnout. Now why that got removed months later, I have no idea. Was the EPA mad about it?
So, my question is, Is there some sort of YouTube video ripper (grabber) to save to a hard drive in the AVI, WMA, DivX, or another popular format for F-R-E-E?
