How do i install a Fan

Hi Guys,
I have Cool Master Stacker 832 Case, there is a lot of room for fans.
there the two that come factory installed, Then i bought an other 2 fans for the side panel.
The Question i have is, are the fans suppose to blow air into the case, or suck the air out?
What fans should blow, and which fans should suck? And what are the locations?

side panel one sucks in air, top one blows out air, bottom on sucks in, rear one blows out
