Well Bell is obviously throttling people. God we all hate the big ISPs here in Toronto.

wow all of you have such crappy upload speeds. 25 down 3 up is ridiculous. I'd much prefer 15 both ways then 25down 3 up. I'll stick with my 25down 15up for $40 though

well, we cant all have Fios....a buddy of mine back there says he gets 50/20....

Videotron offers up to 50 Mbps but with a lower download limit so I'll stick with 10 mbps for now. Bell Canada offers 25 mbps but with a 60GB/month download limit.

yall look lucky... at my school afore idt a speed test woulda shown much. google took 20 min. to load some days.... i hated that internet

Advertised at 15/5 but actually provisioned at 25/25 and paying 49.99 per month.
I normally reach 26mbit download, there are 2 other computers on the network so they're probably using a bit of bandwidth.

i got the rcn 10mbps service and i am very happy because it is consistant and wayyy better then that slow time warner roadrunner 10mbps...and it only cost $30 vs. rr for $45
