Looks pretty cool, though their website needs some new font colors.

Not like the system (even with watercooling) can bring it near that price.

Add on the cost for powdercoating everything, the laser cut front panel, man hours put into this thing and it's got to be close.

lets see, all the premod hardware probably comes out to around 3000 (being genourous) assuming hes making these one at a time, not a couple at once cnc the front and the window costs probably about 200 tops including materials, powder coating, maybe about another 200, plus water cooling, lets just say 250, plus putting that sexy led in, 50, so were at 3700 putting a system all together with good wiring, idk about him but for a quality build i charge about 100, add in water cooling and i charge 150, so lets be genourous and say this guy is full of himself and charges 300, so thats 4000. plus case modding time, it really depends, does this guy do it for a living? if so, hes making a killing off of evey one of these things. if not, its still some substantial extra income

$100 for resleeving most of the cables in the case?

For the hours in that, my time would be worth more than $100 :P

OK, so you could definately get it for cheaper if you did it yourself, but there are bound to be people with cash and lacking the skills/time that will just buy these outright.

Got to be a nice income from him if he sells any.

We only build one model – a thoroughbred created with the finest components available. Murderbox is not about surfing the web, listening to tunes, or viewing photos. It's about the kind of performance that delivers unprecedented frame rates worthy of tomorrow's games at the maximum resolution of today's monster LCD monitors. Sure, it'll do that other stuff; but so will a cell phone.
