There is something weird occuring on my pc i can run prime fine but one core just sits at test one. Does anyone know why this would occur?
Im getting this problem also at higher overclocks. Could it be CPU GTL?
I was thinking it could be a bios issue as i have had this overclock working fine with all 4 cores know its seems to behave weird.

I have resolved my own problem after much reading and researching. I am suprised i had no response from anyone. My understanding has know increased vastly as i am new to overclocking so maybe it was a good thing.
Overclock ony restricted by core temps but i am not suprised as i am only running a single rad watercooled system.

Sorry no-one was able to help you, we are quite a small community (compared to some of the sites out on the net) so sometimes people genuinely won't know the answer.
So what was the problem then?

Hi Dan
It was Nero loading up one of my cores at 80-90% on startup so i used msconfig to remove it from the startup.
What also helped was some GTL REF voltage tweaks.
