Any one can help???

When I turn on my PC, I notice my processor fan started turning and screen start appear, but it suddenly turn off. The processor fan then start stop turning and the screen doesn't manage appear at hardware detection.

Thinking it may be power supply problem so I changed the power supply but result still fail. Then I check any short at motherboard or the connection. But it seen there are no short at it.

Finally, I take up all my RAM (2x512RAM). Turn on the PC, the processor fan start turning and continous to turn without stop. But no screen appears at the monitor.

So my question is does these problem related to the RAM? Should I buy a new one?

The system cannot POST without RAM. So by taking out the RAM and seeing no sudden power outage can only mean, well IMO, that one of your components is defective. Although it could be the RAM, there's also a possibility it could be the motherboard. If you haven't, reset CMOS and reinstall the RAM and see what happens. It could be just a nasty setting in BIOS.

When putting the RAM back in, do it one stick at a time. Put stick 1 back in, try to boot, then swap for the other stick, try to boot.

Remove your fan and heat-sink over your processor, remove all of the old thermal paste from the CPU and heat sink, re-seat the CPU and reapply a thin layer of thermal paste. I've encountered a similar problem where the PC would not POST and the cause turned out to be a ridiculous excess of thermal paste on the CPU, it was spilling over the side of the CPU like cake frosting. Perhaps yours was incorrectly applied as well. After cleaning it up and applying the appropriate amount of paste it worked fine.

Also, make sure that there are risers in all the screw holes under your motherboard and none of them are screwed in too tight. In one of the first PCs I built I accidentally screwed one hole down way too tight and it bent my board just enough to cause it to short out every time I tried to turn it on. Once I realized what happened, simply loosening it a bit fixed the problem.

Both of these problems are somewhat rare, but they might help.
