Advice on potential buy?

Hey all,
Just wanted to get some feedback on a potential buy that I am about to make.
One of my coworkers at the computer shop is selling the follow items (used but in great working condition):
Coolermaster Mystique (black & orange with a side window) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811119129 (this is similar)
Fatality AN9 32X AM2 motherboard
2x512MB sticks of DDR2 (it's a name brand, I don't remember which ATM)
250GB SATA2 HDD
I was thinking about $100 for the lot... what do you all think?
BTW, I would be putting in a 7800GTX 256MB video card which I would be able to get used from the shop for $50...
